Arashi doesn't have that many ballads after all. Should they sing more ballads? What are your fave ballads?
I think a couple of ballads per album is good since I prefer rock and catchy pop songs more. But actually, if they have solos in coming album I'd like Ohno's solo to be a ballad since his voice is so beautiful. Anyways, my fave ballads are Days, Konseki (Nino's solo), Paretto and Tochuu Gesha - though I actually don't dislike any of the ballads they have sung .

same here. I love his voice sooo much. honestly, im not satisfied with just a solo part in every Arashi songs and his solos dont showcase his voice that much(its more on the bit). i absolutely want a balad from him
im sooooo inlove with BLUE up until now!
though it would be perfect if its just Ohno singing sorry for the comment, but that's just how i feel about the song im a little pissed about their perf for this song at HiG. they should have performed it on stage, together with Sho, instead of them standing on those machine 20ft above ground.
Paretto and Hitomi no naka no galaxy are good too. and oh, Konseki and Yume! gotta love Nino's solo ne ^_^

I like Arashi for their genki upbeat songs, so one or two ballads per album is all I want! I like Tochu Gesha, Paretto, and I really really like Ima Ai Wo Katarou. When it comes on I stop what I'm doing and sit and listen.
Actually they have quite a number of ballads... I don't know how many of you are familiar with their first album, but they have about 3 ballads in that CD (Deep-na Bouken, Ai to Yuuki to Cherry Pie, helpless); then there's about 2 (?) in the 2nd album (Ima Ai wa Katarou, Kimi wa Inai Kara); 2 in their 3rd album (Blue, Paretto)... I think you know the rest. LOL. :P
I actually like groups who step out of their boundaries and I'm glad that they also sing (heartfelt?) ballads along with their genki-ish type of tracks from R&B, pop, rap, rock, and other various genres, you know? I think that's what makes Arashi as unique as they are and I sure hope that they do a lot more than that. ^^
I don't think it's the matter of "which genres fit them the most", but it's more of the matter of stepping out of their lines and actually doing these other genres, you know? ^^

The best ballads so far are in ARASHIC. I still love e.g. Days and Tochuu Gesha. But Tabitachi No Asa, Silver Ring and Caramel Song are very very beautiful. I especially like two first mentioned.
