Official Arashi question thread

arashi around asia jap version (normal edition) and korea version have the black cover...they are relatively the same...if i'm not mistaken, they contain the presscon (jet storm) of arashi in thailand, taiwan, and korea, the behind the scenes of the presscon, and some scenes in various concerts...if you'vr noticef the songs in the product information, those were the songs performed by arashi in various concerts that are shown in the dvd...
the difference between the two version is that
...jap version is more expensive than kor version
...based on my experience with an hk version of dream a-live, the place of manufacturer would probably be different (the hk version is manufactured in taiwan and is to be sold in taiwan and hk) and that some written information may differ in language; however, based on the concert dvds that i have, there's not much information except for the title of the songs and for name of the staffs so i don't think there's no need for translations unlike the album wherein there's an addition booklet which contains the translation of the lyrics...
...jap version is region2 and kor version is region3---if you bought a dvd within the the southeast asian region chances are, it only plays region3 dvd's unless it is an all region player, then it could play region2 as well...

i doubt if there's kor sub for the kor version since there's nothing written on the product information and i don't think that arashi have yet released dvds that have subs (this, of course, excludes their dramas and movies---nonetheless, i'm not sure)

as for the arashi around asia+in dome, it covers their concert in tokyo dome (if i'm not mistaken, this is before the taiwan and korea concert but after the jet storm)...the performance includes about 35 songs...

if there's still the arashi around asia (limited edition) then it would be like arashi around asia and arashi around asia + in dome since it has another cd that contains the taiwan concert (although, of course, the tokyo dome concert is different from the taiwan concert)...but then, of course, it kills the idea of being a limited edition if they are still selling until now...

i got the arashi around asia+ in dome and it's fun, it's like watching a concert...as for the arashi around asia, it's like watching arashi in a more personal way since it includes backstage footage and their presscons plus a bonus of some scenes in their concerts (different from the tokyo dome), it's fun as well...

Do Arashi members paint their nails?

cuz i think i saw it in Tokyo Fd park II arahsi SP, when Ohno was playing the coin rolling thing, i saw that the nail on his thumb was black..

i've noticed that too...if you've seen the "one" clip, jun has his nail polished with alternating colors of black and peach(?) (ie. one thumbs black while the other is peach..those thumbs are followed by the alternate color--for the black thumb, it's followed by the peach pointing finger and for the peach thumb, it's followed by the black pointing finger...the rest follows) besides jun and ohno i haven't seen other members with polished fingers except for nino in yamada tarou...as for ohno, i think it's only his thumb(s) that was(/were) painted i'm not sure though...it could be painted to cover the stains or dirt he acquired from those figures he made...but then i'm not sure, it's just a hunch... big grin

i think so. because in AAA jun painted his nail black too. but not all fingers. but i've never seen nino and sho painted their nails.

Yes, for sure, Jun and Ohno paint their nails, Jun for severals occasion and on every fingers of the hand, and TFP is not the first time that Riida painted his thump (and only the thump). I know i've seen it somewhere before but I dont remeber

I have a memory that I read somewhere that it's Jun who had painted Ohno's thump nail, but dont believe me, I'm not sure if the source is that "Jun & Ohno rabu" thread or maybe it's from some fanfic, honto gomen m-_-m

They have some rules. Like, no pictures of any Johnny's should be taken. I think there's also a rule against the guys having girlfriends. (Or at least, it shouldn't be publicly known that they are seeing someone.) Things like that. I'm not sure of the exact rules, but that's just a couple of them that I think most fans know.

These rules are for ALL fans of all the Johnny's groups. Yes, sadly enough, I don't think we can ever have pictures taken with our idols...T__T

OMG>>.i dl the clip and watch it...i was suprised when i saw he nail polish...some how..it a little too extreme? but they look pretty...but i prefer black...red kinda doesn't suit him...red suits teppei better (i've seen him with alternating orange and green)

really? i saw ryo (kanjani & NEWS) had taken a picture with his fans in youtube. hmm, im confuse now confused
