i have 2 older brother..the 2nd bro has been married n waiting 4 his 1st baby this may..uhuk2..i'm also have i younger sister..i'm always had a fight with her..but sometimes..when i've problem..she's the one that will comfort me..n i trust her 4 all my secret..its weird right?

Im typical "younger sister". Everybody babies me (which i hate)..and even though Im hanging out with kids younger then me, they still look down or baby me...I think cause I look younger for my age as well .

My parents are divorced and I live with my mom so I am the only child in our home. My father has 2 sons which I dont know cause he dont try to contact me. I love being the only child. Cause it has always been just Mom and me. That is what matters to me the most! " mom and me"

It's wonderful being the Oldest of Six when they're little ( the next one down it four years younger than me, the another three years, then boom boom boom so me n' my youngest brother almost have twelve years between us.) but then they grow up, and some of them are okay, and others aren't. I'm a bit of a geek with a love for japanese things (especially boys) but my oldest younger sister is a prep with a disdain for all things different. not fun. The only other one who's old enough that he could be annoying is into anime and also a gamer like me, so he's cool. Except he's extremely sensitive. and very very pretty.

i have an older brother, a younger one and a younger sister. i don't like it that much cause we always have fights amongst us. but still, i dont think it'll be that bad to have siblings.

i was an only child for 14 years until i moved in ith my dad because i had troubles with my mother and when i turned 14 dad got married and now i have 2 step brothers and 1 step sister. i went from being an only child to being the youngest.

my eldest step brother doesnt live with us but my step sister is okay at times. she went out with my best friend and i was really annoyed at her for that. qand my step brother is older than me by a month and has power trips like respect your elders and all that....
and i still find it hard to cope with because im so used to coming home from school and having the house to myself and now i never get the house to myself. and also they tease me about liking asian music and when i went to rain's concert (rains a korean pop singer) this was a year ago i got interviewed there because i was a white fan and i told my dad about it and my step brother still teases me about it

I am an only child. Everyone tells me I'm lucky to be an only child, but I don't think so. They tell me that having brothers and sisters is really annoying. But I don't think anything could be worse then being alone. I always wanted a brother or sister and kept asking mum and dad for one. Mum blames dad, she says that if he didn't go away for two years I would have a younger sibling. She says that time was perfect for another child but my dad wasn't there. So now, I'm still all by myself... It gets really loney!

Also if I had a sibling, my parents wouldn't focus all their attention on me. It's really annoying, because they expect me to live up to everything!

I have 2 older brothers and an older sister.
I think having siblings is better because you won't get lonely easily and you can kind of talk to them when you can't tell your parents about something.

well, i'm the youngest one in my family. my older sister's 7 1/2 years older..

I think having siblings is nice for some reasons:
1) You're not alone - we pretty much stay out of each other's ways (so there's no conflict), but i guess it's nice to she's upstairs or she's out in the living room when our parents are gone ^^

2) You can borrow their stuffs/money/ whatever when you need it but don't have it. - since my sister got me into the fandom (forever grateful for that ;), i borrow a lot of her goods, such as DVD's and stuff.

3) You can share good/bad moments together. - like i said, we pretty much stay out of each other's faces most of the times.. but i guess when i think about it, the good/bad moments are there.

4) You can team up with your bro/sis for playing or doing something. - hehe, actually, we're pretty competitive.. like when we're playing something with our friends, we choose to be on opposing teams XD

5) Some Hand-me-down stuffs are nice. - i agree. we pretty much have the same style, so i don't mind hand-me-downs.

6) If you are not going to have children on your own, you still have your niece/nephew anyway. - um.. sure?

7) They can protect you. - ..from? (no further comment XD)

But Maybe having siblings is

1) Annoying.. violating your privacy - not in my case~

2) Always take all your stuffs... - i guess it does get agitating when i'm late for school and i find that the cami i'm looking for is in her room..

3) Everything, must be shared among bro/sis....even money and fav. cakes. - um, we're pretty independent from each other.. it's the age difference?

4) Sometimes, they just bring you troubles. - not really..

5) They bullied you. - just tells me to do stuff for her..

6) If they're better than you, you'll be compared by your parents. - YES! we always get compared.. but sometimes, i'm better at some stuff, like my grades

I'm the eldest of 3 and there's a pretty big gap between myself and sister (the last born), 16 years! My brother and I have about 3.5 years. Even though there's the big age gap, we're all really close and have a lot of fun together. Though now that I'm older and busy with my own life it's hard to make time for the little one, but it's fun to be able to be a kid with her. Plus I'm turning her into a mini Arashi fan

I have a big sister.. and I really love her even if we quarrel a lot of times..but it's nice when then we make peace,and especially when she hugs me and says me nice things ^^

oh.. in my opinion. the longer distance (age) the siblings are, the more they get along. that's what i think. might not be true. that's what i realized though xD

the best point about having lots of siblings, for me, is there will always be someone who can help me, someone i can cling and cry to...after all, we are family.
