Title: Nino falls for shukudai guest

This fic was inspired by several comments made about the Arashi no Shukudai episode with Ueto Aya. I've been wanting to write an Ohmiya fic, so enjoy!

Nino stared at Ohno while he was getting his last minute make-up adjustments before the filming of Arashi No Shukudai. He was more nervous than usual and Ohno took notice as soon as he got up.

“Nino, what’s up with you?” he asked.

Nino grabbed Ohno by his collar and shoved him in a corner so no one could hear what they were saying.
“Ueto Aya san, is our guest today right??” he said in a panicked voice.

“Sooo...” Ohno responded.

“I used to have a big crush on her!” he said. “Quick. Does my breath smell?” Nino blew into Ohno’s face and Ohno’s faced cringed in total disgust.

“Baka! What does it matter? You don’t like her still… do you?” Ohno said sounding slightly worried. Nino totally missed Ohno’s worried tone and continued to fidget with his tie.

“No. Yes. I don’t know.” he said and cracked his knuckles. Just then, they were called to the set and they were going to start filming. Ohno lagged behind a little and was not feeling well about how the show was going to go. The show started and Aya was revealed as the guest. Nino couldn’t contain his smile.

“Kawaii...” he said to himself. Ohno was standing next to him and tried to ignore his obvious fascination. They quickly sat down and Nino surprisingly noticed Ohno’s slightly serious expression. He put his hand on his leg and smiled. Ohno’s heart melted and forgot about his worried thoughts.
Although Nino was noticeably more talkative throughout the show, he was glued to Ohno more than ever. Ohno was happy at all of this attention, but he couldn’t help but see Nino’s eyes wander towards Aya. He suddenly became angry and pushed Nino away from his side.
Nino was taken aback and whispered into Ohno’s ear.

“What’s up with you? Normally, you like us to be together on the show so we don’t get bored.” he said. Ohno looked at him but didn’t respond. He kept trying to avoid eye contact with Nino throughout the show and Nino did the same in response. Without them noticing, they would take peeks at one another whenever they got a chance. Nino wanted to break the ice and he completely forgot about Aya. He headed towards Ohno and kept poking him and smiling. Ohno caved in of course and they screwed around together for the rest of the show. After the show, the boys went to the dressing room and Nino went to Ohno’s area.

“Hey. Why were you all mad today?” he said so no one else could hear.

“You were acting like a school boy because of some stupid guest.” he said in an annoyed tone. The other boys glanced over at the two of them and stopped what they were doing. Aiba, Sho, and Jun, huddled together and watched eagerly.

“Lover's quarrel.” Jun joked. The others nodded as Nino and Ohno continued.

“Nande?! Why are you getting all mad about this? So I thought she was cute. Big deal.” Nino said slightly angry.

“Whatever, just don’t go using me as your cover to hide the fact that you’re a total pussy.” Ohno said while aggressively shoving his clothes into his bag.

“Pussy?! Well, forget about me giving you a ride to the party tonight!” Nino said then stormed out of the room.
Ohno closed his bag and then threw it across the room. He turned around and noticed the others grouped together staring at him.

“What the hell are you staring at?!” he yelled.

“Nothing.” they said in unison. Jun and Aiba left the room and Sho went over to Ohno.

“Ano...Ohno kun?” he said with caution.

“Nani?” Ohno said slightly annoyed.

“Is there anything you want to talk about?” he said sincerely.

“No. Don’t worry. I’ll be alright.” he said and walked out of the room.

After the scene in the dressing room Ohno actually had the rest of the day to himself. He went to his house and sat down on his bed. He took out a sketch pad and started scribbling. He drew a picture of a boy handing over a heart to another, while the other boy turned it away and reached for another person. At that moment he heard his cell phone ring. He usually didn’t answer it, but he needed to hear a familiar voice at this moment.

“Hai?” he said with a sad tone.

“Oi! Ohno-kun! It’s Mastumoto!” he said cheerfully. Ohno smiled.

“Listen, I know you need a ride to the party tonight, so I wanted to know if you wanted to go with me and Aiba chan.” he said.

“Yeah sure! Arigatou!” he said

“Iie. See you tonight. Jaa ne!”

A little while after he hung up, Ohno fell asleep with his sketch pad on top of his chest. He woke up around 9:30 and realized he needed to get ready for the party. He showered got dressed, and met Jun and Aiba outside his house. They were all dressed sharply and Aiba was driving. They reached the hotel where the party was at and they called Sho to meet them in front of the hotel. Sho was there and to Ohno’s dislike Aya was also with him.

“Konbanwa.” she said nicely to the boys. The other guys returned her polite gesture while Ohno barely acknowledged her existence.

“Ano...where’s Nino?” Aiba asked.

“He’s already inside.” Sho said and they took the elevator to the party floor. They were on the top floor of the hotel and went to a giant suite, with a huge pool overseeing the city of Tokyo.

“Sugoi!” Ohno said excitedly. He, Aiba, and Jun headed straight for the bar and they saw Nino already there talking to some other artists.

“Nino!” Aiba shouted.

“Yay!” Nino said then slapped hands with Aiba. He glanced at Ohno, but quickly turned away. Sho came to the bar with Aya and they stood next to Nino. Nino started to shuffle around in his seat and he took a large gulp of his drink. Ohno was subconsciously taking shot after shot while looking at Nino in front of him.

“I invited Aya san so she could see how Arashi likes to party!” Sho said while lifting his drink. They all laughed.

“Ninomiya san, would you like to dance?” she asked him sweetly. Nino almost fell out of his chair.

“Honto deska?” he asked nervously. “I don’t really like to dance.” he said honestly. Ohno knew this for a fact. Nino never liked going to clubs. She looked slightly disappointed, but turned to the others.

“Who else would like to dance....oh! Ohno kun! I know you’re a good dancer!” she said eagerly. Ohno was so surprised his spit out his drink and wet Aiba.

“Etto...I don’t really feel like dancing at the moment.” he said awkwardly. Nino looked at him with a curious expression. Sho finally volunteered to dance with her and Aiba and Jun left to look for dance partners themselves. Ohno was left with Nino, but stayed focus on his drinks. Nino stared at him concerned for a moment.

“Ohno kun. Maybe you should cut down on the drinks a bit.” he said sincerely.

“What do you care? Once again you chickened out and didn’t dance with Aya.” he said bitterly. Nino knew this was the alcohol kicking in. He moved closer to Ohno and said in his ear.
“Look, I need to be alone with you. I need to show you something.” Ohno looked at Nino suspiciously, but got up from the bar. As soon as he got up, he fell down. Nino quickly put Ohno’s arm around his shoulder. He decided it was best t take Ohno to his house and let him rest for a bit. They left the party and got a ride with a friend to Nino’s place. They arrived at his house and Nino placed Ohno gently on his bed. He sat down next to Ohno and brushed the hair from his face. Ohno was half asleep and mumbling.

“Doshite, Nino chan?” He said softly.

“Nani?” Nino responded.

“Why did you forget?” he said quietly.

“I didn’t.” Nino smiled and a caressed Ohno’s face. Nino changed and lay down next to his precious Ohno. He wrapped his arm around Ohno’s waist and Ohno moved his arm around Nino.

“Aishiteru Nino chan.” he said softly. Nino smiled and they both drifted into sleep.
In the middle of the night around 4 in the morning Ohno woke up suddenly wondering where he was. He saw Nino sleeping next to him and shook him awake.

“Nande....” Nino mumbled.

“What happened? Why am I here at your place?” he asked.

“You were dead drunk, so I thought you’d be safe with me.” he said.

“Oh. Arigatou.” Ohno said slightly embarrassed.

“Now that we’re awake, I brought you here so I could give you something.” he turned on the light and went inside his closet. He brought out a large, box with a big red bow on it. Ohno’s eyes widened and his heart expanded.

“Happy Anniversary O-chan.” he smiled and handed the box to him. Ohno’s mouth stood open and he attacked the box. It was a brand new Gucci suit.

“Yesterday was the anniversary of our first fight. I thought you forgot with all of your attention on Aya.” he said glumly.

“No one can make me forget you Oh-chan.” Nino moved the box away from Ohno and leaned close to his face. He kissed him softly on his lips.

“Aishiteru Oh-chan.” he whispered. Ohno realized at that moment Nino had been starting a fight just to celebrate their first fight. No one could understand Nino like Ohno, and Nino didn’t want it any other way.
