Other than Arashi, is there any other Japanese music you love?

Personally, I've been devoured by Gackt's music and looks. He's much too pretty to not notice, ne? And he's super talented and his music and voice are amazing~
His perfectionist kind of attitude really gets me too. And the moment I heard his voice, it like clicked in my head "HE'S PERFECT!"

And because he seems so godly in a way, the little moments when he acts childish and dorky, it's mecha adorable!!

I also like Utada Hikaru, Ayumi Hamasaki, Do As Infinity, and L'arc~en~ciel clapping

i love L'Arc~en~Ciel.. i think it's the best band ever Heart

also Hyde's and Tetsu's solo projects are really good. (and P'unk~en~Ciel of course..)

Yeah, Gackt definitely is super talented ^^ i like him too.

i think X Japan has pretty many songs, like Forever Love.. i really love the song. and GLAY is an excellent band too. smile

I mainly listen to Tackey & Tsubasa + j-rock besides Arashi. But overall, I don't listen to Japanese music that much..

My fave j-rock groups and singers: HY, Moi dix Mois, Vidoll, Gackt, Pierrot, L'Arc~en~Ciel, Kirito --

Ah~~My first contact with Japanese music was mainly through J-pop a few years ago : Namie Amuro then Ayumi Hamasaki then Utada Hikaru!~lol
I always listen to them.
My favorite bands beside Arashi are Remioromen, The Brilliant Green and NEWS!
I also love Aqua Timez, X-Japan, Rie Fu, GreeeeN, Kaela Kimura, Love Psychedelico, MUCC, Yui, Judy and Mary, Kinki Kids, Bonnie Pink and many others...

besides arashi and the rest of JE, i listen to some other random artist here and there. there's orange range which is awesome, utada hikaru, gackt, WaT, namie amuro, and so many more. except for arashi, rest of JE, and orange range, i don't listen to all their song. it's only the ones i find good and interesting

my five favorites are: Arashi, HYDE, KinKi Kids, L'Arc~en~Ciel and Tackey & Tsubasa. I love them very very very much!! *___*~~~ Talking about years I'm laruku/hyde fan ages ago so they are the first artists that I fell in love with.
I love j-music (I listen all time) so I know various artists and my playlist is very big ^^".... but fan (knowing and getting pretty much everything ¦3) only the five that I write before.

I listen to and love tons of Japanese music. Of all sorts! I first got into Jmusic years and years ago because of Gackt and then Malice Mizer and L'Arc~en~Ciel and GLAY. JE stuff is a much more recent love. And I love love love Angela Aki and BUCK-TICK and abingdon boys school and 12012 and Miyavi and WaT and m-flo and DAIGO*STARDUST (yes, I have very eclectic tastes).

Oh, Gackt hands down! I also like his Malice Mizer period, although I'm not really fond of the whole visual kei genre. (Am I gross if I find the evil Illuminati part of Gackt just so.... droolable?)

I guess you have seen the video with Domoto Tsuyoshis day out with
Gackt on Takeshita Dori and drinking wine in his home with the gross blue cheese? I almost fell off my chair. big grin

I also like Orange Range, Asi-kun, OLIVIA, a bit B'z, Miyavi, YUI, and a bit of Yoko Kannos composations...

EDIT: Oh oh, and I have started loving radwimps, if iindesuka doesn't get to your head than you're not human..

That video was freaking amazing~
To see Gackt strolling around on the streets with Tsuyoshi so casually would have been a sight if you were in Japan ne? Lucky girl who got Gackt's crepe~~

And the whole scene with the blue cheese completely exposed his S. I think Tsuyoshi in general exposed his S Laughing

Oh and how could I have forgotten Miyavi!! I Heart

him very much. He's a very good guitarist, and I like the special scratchiness in his singing, its absolute rabu!

I like EXILE, High And Mighty Colors, Uverworld, & Hikaru Utada. I also like Gackt, not really for his music, but for his moments of baka-ness & how very multi-talented he is & he's also mysterious.
