Hi people, I am chinese and i am born in Hong Kong...well..i've always lived there ... I study in an international school..but still I know Chinese...well...i speak Cantonese to to be specific ^^

when I call the members (ie ranting about them to my friends and annoying them ) I use the japanease way of saying it..i prefer the original way of saying them. I don't like the cantonese way / chinese way of saying the name...cuz it sounds ...un-japanese

Japanese CD and magazines are expensive and hard to find in Hong Kong ne? There's this once i saw this magazine in Page one..with Jun on the cover..it was like 70 something HKD..which is about 1000 yen i guess...in Hong Kong...that's rpetty expensive for a magazine

I always bought my Japanese stuff in Mongkok Sino Centre and yes...
the price are quite expensive cos' exchange rate of Yen is rather high but I still crazy about Arashi stuff XDDD

can speak Hokien and bit of Mandarin, unfortunately cannot anymore write in Chinese except my name and when copying, LOLZ.

70HKD is pretty steep, even when I convert to £GBP, making it just about more expensive than a native British magazine. Looks like I'll definitely be buying them in Japan instead then!


mclam01 - Is there lots of concert goods around at the moment? Arashi are going to be in Shanghai whilst I'm in Japan, but they go back when I'm come to HK :( I would have totally crossed the border (and travelled hundreds of miles) to see them if the timing was right!

Unfortunately Arashi will be in Shanghai on 15th and 16th, but I'll be in Japan. Then, I arrive in HK the week after that, by which time they'll have flown back to Japan, I think.
There goes my hopes of bumping into them in Japan, and any hope of going to their (probably already sold out) concert *cries*

I wish Arashi would take some time out to promo and play in HK or something! Last time I was in HK I saw Soler doing promotion work in Langham Place and Au Yeung Chun Wah doing some filming. I love how centralised HK is ^_^


I'm hoping to go to the Johnny's Shop when I'm in Japan. But with merchandise, I can never decide whether to only buy things that are useful and that I'll actually use or to buy things that I'll keep pristine, because I will probably worry about wearing things out and having to throw them away, but spending so much money on something just to look at seems 好嘥.
