Supporting Arashi – buying releases

If I knew where I could get it, I'd buy some merch!!!

I'm very big on supporting and promoting bands, especially bands that are worthy (Which Arashi is!!!)

It would confuse the hell outta my friends though haha

as I buy CDs from YesAsia (using your link, of course!). I've become caught up in the "have to have both versions" game and think the marketing people from Johnny's are extremely clever in offering a bonus track on the RE and solo tracks on the LE. Starting w/ the Time disc, I now own both versions of their albums and starting with the Step and Go single, I also have all versions of their new singles (yes, I have Truth/Kaze RE, LE-A, LE-B!) Waa!!!!

I've picked up a few of their older singles (just the RE/Japan release) and have all their albums/compilations except their first album, first compilation album, and ONE. Though, ONE is on my order with the Truth/Kaze discs, so it should be coming in next month.

I buy them because I want to support a group that I really love and their music and message is really awesome. I wasn't aware of them before Dec 2007, so I'm doing a LOT of catching up. But it's been neat to watch them growing up in such a short amount of time.

since i live overseas and Arashi is not that popular here, its hard to get their CD's.. and i'm scared to buy at playasia or CDjapan. but in ALL HONESTY; I WANT THOSE FREAKING CDS!!!! its just that i dnt have the money to buy them since i'm unemployed:\ being under the age of 18 sucks ><" but luckily 1 more year ;D and i could have enough money to buy like 6 cds at once xD

i swear to go to japan and take everything from the idol shop!!! whistle

*Note* that if you ever go to Harajuku and you find the idol shop with nothing left in it? that's caused by me xD .

I got my first single this week "One love" limited edition....I am so happy and for now on I will do my best to get original stuff of Arashi. I do not have a lot of money but for them I can do anything. It feels nice to know you can support them buying their products. clapping

Just started buying their stuff...being a fan only since May. However, I do plan to buy most of their new stuff from now on. I decided trying to go and buy their older stuff would be super costly and I have other obsessions as well. I just look forward to my "truth" regular edition and my "Arashi is Alive" photobook.

Honestly I don't usually buy their singles or albums. I like to buy DVDs with concert tours, I really love watching boys singing at the stage ^^

i've considered buying their albums, but it's so expensive being imported overseas! i dont seem to buy physical music these days :X but i did pick up their TIME concert and Kiiroi Namida (which is like 50 billion times more expensive haha)... and i just picked up FREESTYLE and ARASHI IS ALIVE photobooks as they were stocked in the local Kinokuniya store <3

i'm glad i finally got to do my part in supporting Arashi in that sense, though.

When I first became Arashi's fan, I only bought their single but then now...Gosh! I can't stop my finger to click 'pre-order' everytime they have single/album coming out! T_____T
As for photobooks, I only have FREESTYLE and Arashi is Alive at the moment.

I try to support them although it also means that I have to cut my monthly personal expenses...ROFL

I'm a little scared of buying online myself, but I am having a friend going to Japan now and boy have I given him a big list... though I'm not sure if I should fall for that marketing trick and buy both regular and special edition... but what am I talking about, this is Arashi so I suppose I will be buying both!

I've also asked him to go visit the Johnny's outlet or whatever and try to get something from there like posters, keychains (if such a thing exists - imagine an Aiba keychain XD) uchiwa... or pretty much anything I can fangirl over. He's feeling embarrassed about my list already but he promised me he'd do it big grin

I'm going to be buying from Yesasia soon though... what do I have my credit card for anyway, right?

I'm a fairly new Arashi fan so I haven't bought anything yet. I do plan on buying though, I just wish shipping & handling wasn't so expensive >_< that's actually the reason why I'm hesitating.

I was hesitant on buying things AT first, unless I really wanted it. But peer-pressure in fandom XD (j/k, sort of), and really, everyone's earnest wanting to support them made me sort of suck it up and buy some things. haha. although I admit, it's nice having the real thing in my hands, and I feel not as guilty.

I'll buy things if I can afford them, and if I really like them. I try to avoid buying singles -- just wait for the albums to be released -- unless, agian, I really like the single, or I have an opportunity or extra cash lying around to buy it. smile

slowly but steadly my music arashi collection is growing. unsure
