Perhaps I should write it in "share amusing facts on you" subject lol, but I really can't stand fish and others things coming from the sea (crabs, shrimps etc)..... EXCEPT in japanese dishes @_@......
I always wonder why!!!! Surely because the way it's cooked is different than in France .
And one the thing I REALLY can't eat is of course natto >_<!!!!! I ate it during the breakfast when I was in Japan and the only thought I had was: "What did I do to God to deserve this punishment???"
XD you wrote the japanese name of maki's ingredients ;D
I almost do the same since I know better the japanese name of some ingredients than their english name.
Teriyaki sauce is really yummy!!! I put it on all my dishes (fish and meat only, not vegetables of course)
#1 - salmon sashimi, yeah i basically order chirashi to eat them..[ it took me a while to get used to it but now it's like ♥♥♥ ] .. surprisingly, i don't like maguro that much..
#2 - soba [ YUM! ]
#3 - and this thing [ i forgot what it's called >< ] but it's little pieces of raw tuna mixed around in raw egg + potato i think.
#4 - tempura
#5 - gyoza - unn!! did this food really originate from jap?
#6 - takoyaki .. ne.. i don't know any good place to eat it, i've only had it once at a night market. it looked darnnn good :9.. but didn't taste as good as it looked.
#7 - katsudon
and as a side note, anyone tried natto?
I tried it, thinking that it'd taste good or even decent..
since those animes made me think that it was good =[]=
but ONG..
maybe i just ate an expired one? o.o
Do you know the ingredients of "nabe Udon"?O.o
Yestarday I went to japanese restaurant and there was Nabe Udon, but I didn't know his ingredients, so I didn't try it...
nabe udon?
well uhh nabe is just like a pot filled with stuff, like uhh hanpen, daikon, etc. and you heat it, so you usually eat it during the winter (sorry for my horrible discription ) and udon is like noodles.
i'm not exactly sure what nabe udon is but what i have at my house, is just using the soup from the nabe and putting udon in... hope it helps?
but my favorite foods are: sushi, udon, soba, unagi, omurice, curry, tamagoyaki, ramen, tenpura!
