Entry 14 - A New Ichiban?

“Seriously you should try this…” Aiba offered Nino who just plainly looked at him then rolled his eyes.

“Yeah why aren’t you eating Ouji-sama?” Chiara said while eating a teaspoonful of her favorite Oreo cheesecake. But Nino just continued to look at them….silently boiling….

“Ahh….I’m out of cheesecake I’m just gonna get one more.” Aiba said, wiped his mouth then stood up. “Nino are you sure you won’t eat one?”

Nino just continued to stare. Aiba gave Chiara a worried look then proceeded to the buffet table.

“Hey Grumpy what’s up?” Chiara said…..Nino just looked away, wrapped his arms together, stretched his legs under the table….Chiara sensed that Nino’s ignoring her decided to raised her hand then twisted Nino’s ears.

“Itai! Itai!” Nino cried out… “Let go!!”

“Nope, I’m not letting go! Unless you stop ignoring me….” Chiara twisted Nino’s ears tighter….Nino bit his lips then looked away again….Chiara twisted it tighter…making Nino almost stand up….

“Fine…fine!! I’m not ignoring you anymore…” Nino said, trying to pull away Chiara’s hand off.

“What’s wrong with you?!?” Chiara said as she let go of Nino’s ear, Nino massages his ear opting not to answer….Chiara quickly threatened Nino that she’ll twist his ear again, making Nino lean farther…

“Stop…” Nino said quickly holding Chiara’s hand, making sure it won’t reach his ears… “I’m not ignoring you, I’m just thinking of something.”

“Really then what is it?” Chiara said…

Nino panicked and think carefully of what on earth to say, he can’t possibly say that all this time he’s sulking silently because of Aiba’s intrusion…Nino looked at Chiara, she’s looking at him straight in the eyes…waiting for him to answer.

“I’m just thinking of….” Nino said…

“Of??” Chiara waits….

“of what to do later…like what ride to take and all.” Nino said.

Chiara lets go of Nino’s hand…slightly feeling dismayed….Nino noticed this…He watches as Chiara eats her slice of oreo cheesecake with force…

“What’s wrong?” Nino ask.

Chiara looks at him with piercing eye, making Nino feel uncomfortable.

“Liar.” Chiara said…Nino’s eyes became big…he leaned closer to Chiara….

“What!??! You calling me a liar????” Nino sat up straighter and rested his head on his hand….Chiara reacted with a flat expression…. “What?!?!”

“Usotsuki!!!!!” Chiara whispered and pouted….making Nino’s eyes big…

“Huh???” Nino felt helpless….slowly Chiara looks at him, rasied her eyebrow…

“Admit it.”

“Admit what?!?!” Nino replied.

“You’re getting jealous to Aiba ne!!!” Chiara said with a huge smile.

“EEEH!” Nino leaned farther away, trying to think of any smart aleck response, but suddenly he can’t say anything.

“See….your silence answers everything.” Chiara raised her hand, stretching her index finger and poking Nino on the cheekbone… “Kyaaaa!” She fling her hand trying to wrap it around Nino.

“STOOOP!” Nino raises his hand and signaled stop to a smiling Chiara….Chiara paused….suddenly Nino smiled the flick Chiara’s cute nose…

“Itai!” Chiara rubs her nose…

“You’re dreaming baka.” Nino said. “I’m not jealous of Aiba….I don’t care….” Nino pouted, then looked at Chiara…She just stared at him….still covering her nose….Nino suddenly felt the urge to check if he flicked Chiara’s nose too hard this time. “Are you ok?” Nino reaches out to take Chiara’s hand off her nose…concern filling him as well as a funny sense of guilt….he felt like knocking his own head off for hurting Chiara…his fingers just a few inches away…..

“Chiara no more cheese cake…” Aiba said, Nino quickly put his hand down and gave Aiba an annoyed look. The two turned to see Aiba carrying two pieces of Vanilla ice cream cone. “I took Ice cream instead…” Then Aiba realized one thing, he’s carrying two cones and they are three. “Ummm….Nino, I didn’t get one for you…I can’t carry all three of them at once.” Aiba explained, he then started thinking that the reason why Nino was glaring at him was because he didn’t get Nino any ice cream. “Ummm..if you want you can have mine then I’ll go back to get another one for myself.” Aiba offered…

“Ie---“ Nino was about to say ’there’s no need for that’

When suddenly Chiara stood up.

“No need for it Aiba.” She said, Nino watches her stood up and still holding her hand. He fond this cute and giggled.

“What’s wrong with you please sit down, you need to finish your food.” Nino reaches out for Chiara’s other hand but she brushed it off, this surprised him.

“Umm..excuse me Pinocchio, I’m off to spend a day in Disneyland with my NEW ICHIBAN!” Chiara said. Nino’s eye popped out….

“N—ne---new ichiban?” Nino said crunching his forhead.

“YES MY NEW ICHIBAN!” Chiara said then walked off to Aiba, took the ice cream in his hand…. “Arigatou, Aiba…” She said with a huge smile, then glared at Nino.

“Umm…I don’t get what’s happening.” A clueless Aiba said.

“Hahaha…” Chiara laughed flirtatiously then wrapped her hand around Aiba’s arm then leaned her head against Aiba’s shoulder….Making Nino grind his teeth, his grip on the chair tightening…. “Where are we first riding Ouji-sama?”

“Ouji-sama!!!” Nino said outloud…

Poor Aiba still clueless…he shook his head….then laughed at Chiara…pointed at himself then said: “Me Ouji-sama?”

“Hahaha…yes Ouji-sama.” She nodded.

“Hey you little brat!” Nino stood up…but he noticed Chiara’s eyes were fixed on Aiba.

“Ummm….let’s take the---“ Aiba was still in the middle of thinking which ride to take….

“OK LET’S GO!” an eager Chiara pulled him right away dashing off the restaurant; leaving a totally bewildered Nino.

Suddenly a waiter approached Nino; who by this time is still busy replaying how Chiara called Aiba ‘Ouji-sama’….

The waiter cleared his throat to catch Nino’s attention….

Nino looked at the waiter…..they stared at one another for a moment there….he wonder why is the water looking at him funny. He bowed, then the waiter bowed also…he then started giggling…..he then looked away….

“I don’t have a good feeling about this…” Nino whispered. The waiter then cleared his throat again….Nino smiled weakly at the waiter….

Meanwhile, Aiba is trying to get what is going on and to catch up to Chiara’s pulling.

“W---wait!! AAH THE ICE CREAM!!” Aiba and Chaira jumped away to get out of the way of the falling ice cream… “Arrgh!!” Aiba frustratingly stomped…. “Why are we in so much hurry?”

“Ummm…..” Chiara looked at the floor, closing her two hands on a fist thinking carefully how to answer…. She then looked back at the restaurant where they left Nino…she then started feeling guilty…. “Do you wanna go back there…back to Nino?”

“Whoa!!!” Aiba mouth fell open…..looked at Chiara, his heart beating fast…..he remember something….Chiara noticed this, the sudden pale color of Aiba….

“What’s wrong?” Chaira asked….

“MASAKI!!!!” They heard Nino scream his heart out…Chiara felt like jumping back hearing this….

“Hayaiku!!!” Aiba quickly took Chiara’s hand and ran….

“What---what’s going on!??!!?” Chiara wondered as Aiba was running too fast….too fast she’s afraid she might trip…

“I…I….” Aiba gulped…..He looked back…..checking if a furious Nino is behind them…. “I FORGOT TO PAY MY PART OF THE BILL!!!!!” He exaplained.

Akala ko naman kung ano. Nakalimutan lang pala ni Aiba mag-bayad. Ituloy na kasi eh. :((

Entry 15 - Masaki Philosophy

“Wait! Wait!!!” Chiara felt like sitting down, Aiba’s energy surprised her….side stitch is starting to kick in…She started thinking of whether running off with Aiba was a good idea in the first place or not. “Wait!!!!!!!!”

But sadly Aiba was not looking at all nor noticing Chiara…

“AIBA!!” Chiara screamed and suddenly…

THUD

“ITAI!” Chiara fell knee first on the ground. Aiba looked back and wondered what happened, then felt shock to see his companion facing the ground.

“Are you ok!?!” Aiba panicked and looked at Chiara who was twisting in pain….

“Itai!! Nino!!! Waaaaah!! Huhuhu, Ouji-sama!!” Chiara suddenly blurted out…

“Shhhh!!” Aiba signaled for Chiara to be quiet, but Chiara kept on showing signs of pain and complaining at the same time….Aiba looked around fearing that people will start looking at them then they might go and realize who he is. Suddenly right before Chiara could give out another cry, Aiba placed his hand on Chiara’s mouth…covering it tight. “Quiet….” Aiba said, pleading to Chiara to stop what she’s doing….

Aiba slowly took Chiara’s hand off of her knees, and there both of them saw the product of Chiara’s sudden encounter with the pavement. Her right knee totally busted, blood oozing out.

“Oh.” Aiba said.

Chiara’s eyes became big, then she looked closer to her wound…slowly a little amount of her red blood started dripping….her breathing became faster…..

“KYAAAAAH!!” Chiara screamed….

Aiba felt like jumping back and hiding underground for everybody suddenly stopped moving then looked at them. He hid his head by lowering his cap more, to the point he can’t nearly see Chiara at all.

“Baka!!” Chiara suddenly gave Aiba a hard whooping on the head, hitting it with all her might.

“ITAI!” Aiba looked at Chiara…. “Why are you hurting me?!”

“I DON’T KNOW!!! WAAAH IT HURTS! OUJI-SAMA!”

“I’m here…” Aiba said, still thinking about Chiara calling him that a while ago.

“NOT YOU!!!!” Chiara said suddenly, digging her head under her hands….whining….silently calling Nino….

“Aaah….wait…” Aiba stretched his head and looked around….seeing a clinic board posted a few meters away…. “Can you walk…?” Aiba asked, he then brushed Chiara’s hair, but she merely shook her head…. “Ok I’ll carry you….” Aiba turned around, took Chiara’s hands and was about to place it on his two shoulders when suddenly….

“MASAKI!!” Nino, who is still catching his breathe, came and was feeling relieved to finally spot Chiara and Aiba. He then saw Aiba who was now holding Chiara’s two hands….he then tilted his head, trying to figure out what on earth are the two doing? He realized what it is…. “Aiba’s giving Chaira a piggy back?!?” Nino said… “OH THIS IS TOO MUCH!” Nino with glaring eyes walked with huge footsteps towards the unaware Chiara and Aiba….

“Watch your step ok?” Aiba told Chiara as he assist her to stand up…

“WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING MASAKI!” Nino said with all his might and then grabbed Aiba’s shirt. “YOU LADY’S MAN YOU!”

Aiba was surprised by Nino’s sudden arrival, that he dropped Chiara all of the sudden on the floor. “Chiara!” Aiba said but he quickly looked at Nino who was now furious.

“Itai….” Chiara massages her back….

“First you kept on pushing yourself on our date, then you didn’t pay for your bill and now you are easing your way to my girlfriend…WHAT’S WRONG WITH YOU MASAKI!!!” Nino said totally annoyed.

“Ehhh easing my way??” Aiba looked totally helpless, concerned to Chiara and more so TOTALLY CONFUSED.

“Girlfriend?” Chiara felt chills run down her spine…did she hear right? She then looked up, she saw Nino berating Aiba, she felt numb…but suddenly prickling pain snapped her back in…..she nearly forgot her own injury.

“I am not easing my way in….You know I don’t like getting in your way.” Aiba explained.

“Really?!?!” Nino answered with sarcasm.

“YEAH!” Aiba answered with big eyes…

“Umm excuse me?” Chiara bites her lips to stop herself from crying again…..

“I don’t think so!! Then why are you standing too near to her?!?!” Nino pointed at Chiara….

“Excuse me…..” Chiara’s patience is running out…she then rolled her eyes, took a deep breathe…then suddenly….

-Bang-

“Itai!” Nino then felt his head throbbing all of the sudden, something hit him…he then looked around and saw that it was Chiara’s sandals…..he then looked at Chiara, she was still in the position showing she was the one who threw her shoe. “Why did you hit me?!” he asked.

“HELLO!!” Chiara cried out, pointed at her knee. “INJURY!! DUH!!!”

Nino slowly lets go of Aiba’s shirt…Aiba felt scared how will Nino react…..Nino then bent down checked the wound on Chiara’s knee….

“eh….” Nino can’t believe his eyes, he then looked up….scaringly glare at Aiba (who felt like running out but remained standing there)…… “What happened??”

“Ummm…you see we were running then she trip.” Aiba explained.

“Baka!” Nino stood up again and started scolding Aiba, Chiara quickly realizes that Nino once again forgot about her out of his anger to Aiba.

“Nino….” She said once…..no respose…. “Nino…….” She said the second time….. “OUJI-SAMA!” She yelled.

“hai!!” Nino looked down, Chaira pointed at her knee… “Aaah I’m so stupid, hai….wait…”

“There’s a clinic there..” Aiba said pouting..

“I KNOW!” Nino barked at Aiba….he still feel so annoyed at Aiba for some reason, as if his mere presence is making his blood boil. “Can you walk?”

Chaira shook her head.

“Ok….” Nino turned around then took Chiara’s hand and pulled her up, then slowly tries to carry her…

“WAIT!!” Chiara screamed….

“What?!?” Nino said…

“You’re too short, we’re just at the same height…and you’re too skinny….are you sure you can carry me?!?! You bones might get disarray if you carry me!” Chiara said seriously fearing being carried.

“HECK NO! I CAN CARRY YOU!” Nino said to Chiara quickly…he then pulled Chiara,… “Besides if we fall down or my bones get broken that means you need to start going in diet.”

“Baka!” Chiara said and then gently hit Nino’s head, Nino smiled and carried Chiara away…. “aaaah my sandal!”

“I got it…” Aiba said raising his left hand…

“Ok let’s go…” Nino said…but then suddenly realized one thing…he turned around to see Aiba who was still pouting and feeling down after being scolded….he felt his cheeks red…. “Umm Aiba-chan.”

“what?!?” Aiba said pouting.

“Ummm I don’t know where the clinic is.” Nino admitted, he felt Chiara snorted behind his back (Chaira was now digging her head deep in Nino’s back, crying because of the pain).

Aiba giggled and looked at the sky, he can’t believe his friend…. “It’s this way.”

“Hai…thank you…” Nino said….shaking to lift Chiara higher…

As they walk Nino feels his back slightly getting damp with Chiara’s crying. “See I told you, you should wear pants, but you kept on insisting shorts!”

“But I changed, I did as I was told a while ago.” Chiara said in a soft voice.

“Yeah you did changed, but in a new colored and designed shorts, but the length didn’t change.” Nino shook his head.

“Then why didn’t you warn me at all or scold me!” She kept on arguing with Nino.

“Because if I tell you too we’ll be more late.” Nino shook his head.

“I want Aiba to carry me. You’re backbone’s hitting me!” Chiara complained.

“Ie, I’m carrying you!” Nino pushed on….

“Are you sure you can carry her?” Aiba asked looking totally worried.

“YES I CAN!” Nino yelled out.

Aiba giggled, glad to see his friend like that…been a while since he last saw this loud mouth Ninomiya, stubborn and full of himself. He missed this, and somehow he feel grateful for Chiara cause definitely she’s a part why Nino came back to his old self…and its fascinating to watch Nino care for other people….a scene he rarely see…..

“I hate you Pinocchio.” Chiara said….

“Fine….yes, I got jealous to Aiba ok.” Nino finally amdmitted…not just to Chiara but more so to himself…that pain and annoyance he feel for Aiba is because he wanted this day to just be about him and Chiara.

Chiara giggled and held unto Nino’s shoulder, totally happy to hear Nino say his being jealous. Nino felt this and decided to play more to make his crying Chiara laugh harder…he suddenly stopped looked at Aiba….

“So you, get the hell out of our way!” Nino said sarcastically….

Aiba pointed at himself then wondered what.

“Baka, don’t be too harsh to Aiba!” Chiara said, Nino turned around and felt totally relieved that this time Chiara’s smiling and talking to her again….

Back in the clininc, Chiara sat there freaking out…

“WAAAH! IS THAT PAINFUL!!” Chiara held unto Nino’s arm.

The nurse found it annoying…. “Will you please hold still?”

“Chiara you’re embarrassing us!” Nino said to Chiara, but his plea fell unto deaf ears. Nino decided to walk towards Aiba who was standing across the room. As soon as the nurse took out forceps to hold the cotton balls…Chiara quickly grabbed Nino’s shirt…

“EEH!!” Nino cried out for he was suddenly chocked by his own shirt….. “Chiara you’re killing me…”

“Ouji-sama!” Chiara cried…..but by the looks of it she really is crying…not faking it….so Nino decided to not yell at her to stop but just let her choke her with her arms.

Minutes later….the three are walking out of the clinic….Nino holding Chiara’s hand, supporting her as she limp her way out. Aiba stayed behind to sign a couple more autographs.

“Hmmp…” Nino said…then stopped and looked at Chiara…

Chiara looked away……then back at Nino… “what?!”

“I thought you changed ichiban already.” Nino raised his eyebrow, making Chiara look away and blush…. “Then you even called Aiba your new Ouji-sama.” He smiled devilishly to Chiara….enjoying the moment that Chiara shrinking.

“I…..I meant that!” Chiara said then quickly let go of Nino’s hand.

“Oh really. Then why am I the one you're hugging when you were crying like a baby.” Nino pushed on.

“I…I WAS NOT CRYING LIKE A BABY!” Chiara protested….

“haha, yes you were!” Nino started walking away, expecting for Chiara and Aiba to follow him… “You see Chiara, you shouldn’t be hanging out with Aiba, trust me you’ll be in grave danger if you do. A no Arashi is one big example!” Nino said….he stopped talking, realizing that Chiara was not reacting…. “Chiara?” He turned around….and to his surprise, found no one standing behind him. Then to more surprise, he saw Chiara and Aiba taking a picture alongside Mickey Mouse.

“EH!!” Nino can’t believe his eyes, he walked straight towards Chiara and Aiba.

“Oh….Ouji-sama…..” Chiara smiled at Nino…..Nino felt his left eye brow twitching….. “Come!!” Chiara smiled at Nino and waved his hand. Nino followed, then slowly thought that hey a picture with Aiba and Chiara,…it’s ok….So he was preparing to start posing when suddenly….

“Here!” Chiara handed him something.

“What the?!” Nino gave Chiara a disgusted look…. “are you serious?” his eyes fixed on the camera Chiara’s handing him.

“Hai.” Chiara gave out a sarcastic smile… “Aiba, smile at Nino…Mickey look at that way!” Chiara said pointing at Nino’s direction…

Fingers twitching….Nino gave out a sarcastic willing smile then counted: “3-2-1 smile!”

The whole day Nino ended up being the third wheel much to his annoyance. He ended up carrying Chiara’s goofy toy purchase and several balloons. But to make up for his lying and calling Chiara a cry baby a while ago he didn’t complain.

“Ooooh let’s ride that way….” Aiba pointed at the space shuttle.

“Ahh….hai……” Chiara said but with a little apprehension. “Ummm Aiba, I need to go to the restroom.” Chiara excused herself.

“Oi! Do you know where to go!?!?” Nino yelled out.

“Hai! I’m not a little kid anymore you know!” Chiara yelled out.

Aiba and Nino found themselves looking at each other, not knowing what to say….

“You….you have an interesting new friend there.” Aiba said….

“Haha…yeah, brings color to my life.” Nino rolled his eyes, then laughed….he then noticed Aiba looking at him with a funny smile… “What’s with that look?”

“What look?” Aiba acted innocent.

“THAT LOOK!” Nino stepped forward…. “That I-know-something look. SPILL IT OUT MASAKI!”

Aiba laughed, Nino gave him a hard punch on the right arm, he simply stepped back.. “haha….nothing….just spending time with her made me realize one thing.”

“what?”

“It’s like hanging out with a girl version of you! You’re Nino and she’s like Nina. Hahaha” Aiba laughed at his own humor. But Nino just stared at him.

“Heck No! I’m not a smart aleck, loud mouth, sarcastic, brutal, otaku, addict in games and totally a know it all like her!” Nino cried out but then felt like a cat bite his tongue. Aiba looked at him and watches as he found himself shock after realizing that AIBA WAS INDEED MAKING SENSE.

“Scary…..you two are such meant to be.” Aiba said to a catatonic Nino. “Oi Nino.” Aiba poked Nino’s shoulder.

“Huh?” Nino said feeling numb……

“You even called her your girlfriend.” Aiba said.

“No I didn’t!”

“Yes you did!” Aiba said… “Ninomiya your smoking too much, your brain cells are all dying.”

“Stop it. I did that because it was just all word vomit! It slipped out, remember she does look like my old girlfriend before ok!”

“Baka, see her as she is…she’s not like the old Chiara, SHE’S TOTALLY NOT! The old one is your total opposite…and this time she’s totally like you! I still think that the girlfriend term is not word vomit.” Aiba said.

“Stop it!!”

“I’m just making you see things clearly!” Aiba said laughing.

“You’re confusing me!” Nino shook his head. “Besides she’s too young.”

“Age only matter if you let it matter in the first place!” Aiba said seriously…. "That's my philosophy in love...yihi!"

Nino stopped and think…

“Oh…cool!” Aiba noticed a stand nearby and decided to go there… “Nino call me if Chiara’s back ok?”

Nino just nodded but still was not blinking….

“Age only matter if you let it matter in the first place?.....but how can this be possible, I’m still in love with my old girl friend…it’s just been a month now since she passed away, will it be too fast to move on? I don’t want to move on if I do….will that mean erasing my old Chiara from my past?” Nino told himself...

“Ouji-sama!” A whispering voice called, he turned around and saw a bent Chiara, her index finger over her mouth signaling for him to be quiet….She looked around then without second thought pulled Nino out of the alley….

“Ei ei ei!” Nino said as he was being pulled away by Chiara…. “Why are we gonna call Aiba-chan?”

“SSSHHHH!!” Chiara panicked that Aiba might hear them. “I don’t want to be around Aiba anymore…..I want to be with you.” Chiara said.

Nino felled flustered hearing this…..speechless and happy. “How about Aiba?”

Chiara thought for a moment then said: “He’s sociable enough, I’m sure he’ll survive this day. Besides, my ears are hurting already.” Chiara said then massaged her ears…Nino held it and smiled.

“He do talks a lot ne?” Nino said…silently referring to the sudden ambush Aiba did while Chiara was in the rest room.

“Hai! He talks a lot!” Chiara smiled.

Nina nina nina nina. IDK. I keep on smiling and laughing. I wonder, if I ever get a boyfriend, will I be like this too? HAHA. And, we really are like each other. I'm Nino's girl version. NICE.

Entry 16- Damage Control?

Nino and Chiara sneaked their way out of Aiba’s site……who sadly turned around to show them something….realizing too late that he was already alone.

“Did he see us??” Chiara kept looking back as they were walking along, worried that they might get spotted.

“I guess not, I don’t hear any duck voice squeaking around us…” Nino said looking serious.

“Eh?!” Chiara stopped….Nino turned around, wondering what’s wrong with her… “You…you mean little man!” Chiara said while fighting the urge to laugh… “What did you call Aiba?”

“duck voice?” Nino said, thinking what’s wrong with it.

Chiara giggled then gave Nino a gentle push on the side…

“WHAT?!?!” Nino gave out a little laugh…. “For your information, I’m the master of name calling!” Giving Chiara a menacing look.

“Oh really then?!?” Chiara placed her hand on her waste….Nino looked at her with little nervous eyes…. “Then what do you call me?”

“Annoying little brat.” Nino said straight…Chiara quickly pinched Nino’s cheeks. “Itai!”

“Who are you calling little! Excuse I’m 17 years old and I’m already as tall as you!” Chiara pinched Nino’s cheeks harder then let go….Nino massages his cheeks, he then stepped close to Chiara, just a few inches away from him.

Chiara held her breathe, panicking why Nino all of the sudden came to close to her, as if their faces are just a few millimeters away. Chiara wanted to close her eyes, imagination running wild in her little brain…..when suddenly…

“Oh…yeah you’re as just as tall as me.” Nino said, Chiara opened her eyes and was disappointed…Nino was just merely checking their height differences. Nino noticed Chiara’s disappointed look, a little smile appeared in the corner of his lips…. “Why are you expecting me to do something else?”

“Huh??? Baka…no I’m not.” Chiara said turning around, her cheeks feeling warm.

“Whatever you annoying gigantic brat.” Nino said then looked away… “Besides, why would I want to do anything to you…” Chiara felt insulted decided to storm off without even thinking…she just wanted to get away from Nino’s sarcasm.

”Seriously Nino can’t you just turn off that blabbler mouth of yours for once” Chiara said to herself as she takes her first step away…somehow that moment of sudden closeness to Nino made her knees weak and the anticipation killed her….it’s frustrating how close she is to him but yet she feels too far. Why is everything around her seems to be like that?….even Nino. ”I hate people.” Chiara said.

Chiara bit her lips and without telling Nino stormed off, Nino noticed this and was about to call her back when suddenly…

~~clang~~clang~~clang~~

A tram is fast approaching Chiara….she was not looking.

“Chiara!” Nino yelled but she seemed to be somewhere….Nino quickly ran towards her yelling Chiara….

“Baka, always playing mean tricks to me….” Chiara said….then she stopped and noticed Nino desperately trying his best to call her…she turned aroud… “WHAT DO YOU WANT BAKA!” and there she saw with her eyes, Nino running as if his life depends on it….not minding the few fans yelping and gasping in shock to see Arashi’s Melody Boy running like hell….Chiara paused and wondered….then suddenly…

“Watch out!” A lady across Chiara screamed, she turned around and there saw as if in complete slow motion….a tram fast approaching her….

“Oh crap.” Chiara said…she was directly on its path…and it’s not stopping….Chiara just stared at the tram as if fast approaching her….she gulped….her fingers felt so cold and her heart stopped beating….when suddenly….

“Baka!” Chiara heard Nino screamed…she closed her eyes….then a sudden thug…. She felt two hands flung around her and held her tight, pulled her and never let her go….her chin leaned against a collar bone, then there she can feel the one hugging her breathing fast….his heart beating…Chiara no longer needed to open her eyes anymore to know who that person who was hugging her…just by the smell of his perfume, those thin arms….the little voice that escapes every time he breathes…it’s definitely none other than Nino….

Chiara slowly opens her eyes…slowly Nino let go…

“WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!” That was all that Nino can say, but Chiara was frozen, she just looked at him….the panic in his eyes…..makes her happy…..for the first time she saw Nino’s eyes with concern…..their eyes met….. “Don’t every walk out on me again!” Nino said….Chiara just nodded…..

Slowly….they felt uncomfortable….then they looked around and there people around them are closing in, with their cameras on and facing the two….Nino quickly held unto his head and realized one thien…

“Oh crap” Nino said….he looked behind, then there a few feet away from him was his cap….it fell off….People around them recognized who he was and was now taking a bunch of pictures….Chiara quickly held unto her cap trying to cover her face…..Nino doesn’t know what to do…

Chiara paused for a while then immediately thought of an idea…..she quickly jumped back and praying to all the gods of trickery to make this stunt work….she bent down and yelled: “Thank you Ninomiya Kazunari-san for saving me….I need to go back to my family now….thank you for saving a humble fan like me…thank you!” Chiara yelled to make everybody hear this….

Nino looked at her funny, at first trying her best to grasp what is she doing…when finally he got it….Chiara is making the incident as if they don’t really know each other….Nino nodded and with a little guilty smile said it was nothing….people then started clapping….Chiara gave Nino a little hug (girls shrieked) she whispered… “I’ll wait at space mountain”…she felt Nino nodded….

“Bye, thank you again Ninomiya-san….” Chiara bowed and ran away….Nino still confused looked at everybody who were continually clapping, praising him for being a true hero….a guy handed him his cap….then suddenly a guard approached the crowd breaking them apart….then the guard followed by Mikusa-san (Arashi current PR)….

“Uh oh….” Nino held his breathe……..whenever Mikusa-san appears…..that means a Jhonny damage control is in need.

---45 minutes later---

“AAAH! Damn it what’s taking him soooo long….” Chiara stretched her legs and faced up….she raised her head to the sky…. “feels sooo good to be away from them.” Chiara told herself…. “So this is how it feels to be important.” She smiled….then suddenly something snapped back in… “What the heck, if I’m important he shouldn’t be making me wait this long!” She looked at the crowd…still no Ninomiya Kazunari around…. “Aaah…..this is bad.”

“What’s bad?” someone spoke behind her….making her jump up from the bench….

“Eh?” Chiara looked at Nino….he’s wearing a totally new outfit and even a new cap… “wardrobe change? Baka! You made me wait for 45 minutes just for you to change to another costume!” Chiara pointed at Nino’s new look, he’s even sporting a new pair of long shorts….even the sandals he change…. “And what’s up with that Jun Matsumoto style eye glasses!” Chiara tried pulling Nino’s glasses off….

“Don’t!” Nino took chiara’s hand off…. “Look, sorry for making you wait…I had to do stuffs…..”

“Like what?” Chiara can’t help but giggle at Nino’s huge glasses…

“Look if I won’t wear this people will still recognize me, so I changed….” Nino said not looking at Chiara….

“Oh, yeah Idols aren’t allowed to be hanging out with girls in public….but I acted a while ago, like we don’t know each other…did they bought it?” Chiara asked….Nino nodded…. “haha, no acting experience here!” Chiara proudly jumped and clapped her hands….but then stopped…..Nino was serious…. “Doo shite?”

“You, denying yourself that you know me……didn’t it hurt you? Was is really ok with you?” Nino asked.....

Chiara stopped looked at the ground…. “Actually no….but hey you’re an idol…that can’t be help right? Wait why….did I get you in trouble hanging out with you? Ouji-sama if you want let’s just go home….” Chiara offered…then pulled Nino’s arm…then quickly let go…. “AAH NO TOUCHY SCENESE WITH AN IDOL!”

“TSK!” Nino looked at Chiara pissed, “We are not going home!” Nino paused and looked at Chiara….then decided to pull her hand and held it tight. “Who said that I can’t hang out with people I want to….that I can’t hang out with you! Besides that’s why I got this baggy pants on and this stupid looking glasses on….” Nino started pulling Chiara….

Chiara stopped and realized one thing…

“Oh my Gosh wait…..you….you disguised yourself just to spend a day with me.” Chiara said….

“Well more of a half day now…after all that had happened!” Nino said with frustration as he looks at his watch.

“KYAAAA!” Chiara jumped then wrapped her hands around Nino… “Ouji-sama, thank you!”

“For what?”

“for saving me….this is actually how I really wanted to say thank you a while ago.” Chiara said…

Nino smirked… “I know, that bow and formal thank you is so fake.”

“But they still believe it!” Chiara said.

“I know…” Nino looked at the tall triangular building in front of them… “Wanna go to the space mountain?”

“YES!” Chiara smiled and skipped their way…. “Ouji-sama let’s go.”

“Hai hai…” Nino smiled but suddenly felt his phone vibrating….he opened it….it was a message from Mikusa-san….it read:

Nino, we found Chiara’s parents and contacted them. They said they’ll be in touch with you personally soon.

Nino closed his eyes…he felt guilt rush inside of him…..he looked at Chiara’s blissful smile…

“Ouji-sama let’s go!!” Chiara waved her hands….

He forced a smile…. “Hai…” He said, with a heavy feeling on his shoulder he hid his phone back into his back pocket and walk towards an unsuspecting Chiara.
