if its from their conversation, it'd be 'mecha umai' yea. cause before arashi i was into anime, LOL, so I kinda know it since anime time. hahahaha but i learnt a lot from their song lyrics, countless... cont to learn hahahaaa
I think MAJIDE mean REALLY...
btw, i've learn do s bancho, minor bancho and of course chesuto~
Sho also said "Majikayo" before, which means f**** for real I think that's the translation.
Majikayo doesnt literally mean that but i guess it can imply that!! maji-ka-yo really means "REALLY?!" with more emphasis because of the yo.. i think i heard this just from sho! haha
what did i learn.. hmm.. i think "tsubomi" which means bud (ithink) but i've only heard that word from arashi songs! haha

well..yahh.. "MAJIKAYO??" can also mean.. "seriously??!".. cause, that word is taken for the word, "majime".. which means "serious".. then "maji" is like a shortened one for it,with "yo...".. means, kinda exaggearating.. and "ka" is a question form..
ohh..yahh.. the tsubomi.. heard of that word lots of time already...
in happiness.. and also in other songs..
ive learned some words from arashi, though most ive heard from anime and jdramas. though im sure i learned UMAI(yummy, good), YABAI(oh shoot, dangerous), URUSAI(quiet, shut up), and CHOTTO MATTE(hold on a minute, wait a minute) from arashi. ive learned other words and phrases too but they arnt coming to my mind atm. and they always spam "SUGOI" (wow). love their expressions when they say that cause i get wowed too
I think I´ve learnt quite a lot of japanese words from watching their shows eg. UMAI, Sugoi, Yabai, Kawai~ these words can be heard in almost every shows ne.
I do want to take a japanese course someday so that I can really understand all what they say without reading subtitles.
I definitely agree with you guys on mecha mecha umai and Maximum umai! LOL. But yea, if there are no subtitles, you will most likely pick up some words along the way
