(Chapter Seven)

What is happiness? What is it like being a natural fool? What is it like to be like by someone? What is it like to be a cry-baby?
Jun walked, passing by Ohno who hugged the sobbing Nino when he returned to them. He feels nervous by each step he took and he was fighting badly with his feeling of wanted to be angry or wanted to cry.

Then he arrived in front of it. By the time he arrived, crying had won the battle.

“Aiba-chan” he sobbed as he places his present beside Nino’s present earlier.

“I hate you for making me cry now” he begins “Do you know, you always had way to make people cry either along with you or you just made them. And now you are making me to do one. You always made me cry since the day when you were sick, and then you make me cry when you read your letter and later you made me cry on your death and now you made me cry on Christmas Eve. I hate you for that!”

“But… but….at the same time I miss you so much!” Jun begin to sobbed hard. “I always envy you for being a baka without even have to try to be one; I envy you for being like by everyone as you made them feel nice about themselves. I envy you for being able to make me smile even when I don’t want to smile and I envy you for your ability to make a baka out of me and I envy everything about you”

Jun stopped talking and weeps his tears away as he looked at the picture of smiling Aiba on the tombstone.

“With you gone now, how can I be envy again? It breaks my heart when I can never be envy toward you again and be happy when you were around me….”

(SHIDA said: Somehow Jun part had reached two pages as I got carried away with the envy thingie..hehe..but I hope you guys will like it..XD)

(Chapter Eight)

It sure hard to be the oldest among the siblings as we had to take care the younger ones, to make them happy and be there whenever they need you. Being the oldest will definitely get the chance of having the best mixture of feeling of regret, worry, sorry, tough, strong and cold mixing together in the heart beat. Being the oldest sure made us feel unfair when our younger ones leave us first and then made the other younger ones to feel sad and leave up to the older one to clean up the traces.

“Aiba-chan, you really made me having a hard time ne?” Ohno asked when he rearranged the boxes of present.

“You made Nino and Jun cry and later I bet Sho also will cry when he come to see you” Ohno keep babbling as now he started to rearranged the flower.

“I sure had hard time to be the older brother to these guys, and you know how Nino and Jun can be when they are not in the mood. They will start throwing things,” Ohno chuckled a bit as he look at Aiba’s picture.

Then the image of the picture suddenly becomes blurring as his vision had been covered by tears.

“Between the four of you, even though you are older than Jun and Nino somehow I always thought you as my younger brother and Jun is more like the aniki here. Sometimes you were more like my baka partner as sometimes you will always covered me when I was out in my own world. Thank you for always been our source of happiness, Aiba-chan. Starting from the point you left us, part of us had been filled with dark hole and just want you to know Aiba-chan, you will always remained as our source of happiness and my younger brother…”

(SHIDA said: Ohno’s part also reached two pages..hehe..gomen ne.. and I like making Ohno cool as Naruse Ryou (I’m in love with him) as he is sure a nice and caring big brother…XDXD)

*sadface* I'm pretty sure I'll be crying when Sho-kun comes up but Ohno-kun T_T His speech...T_T

(Chapter Nine)


Is there any difference between smart and baka? There is a phrase saying “People who had opposite character will always been attracted to each other just like magnet” That is usually happened when you fell in love or when a friendship blossom between two people. The two different things will always cover each of the weaknesses and complimented each other. And when one of the parts is missing, the other will be at lost too.


At first while he was waiting, he feels okay. After half an hour later he feel saddened as he watched first Nino came back crying, and then Jun also did the same and last Ohno, even though he came back without any tears, he knew Ohno was just putting an act to be tough as he feel responsible as being a big brother probably for him, Nino and Jun.

Each step he took, he inhales a deep breath as he was thinking of what to say. He came here almost every day and talked about a lot of thing and in the end, when he went back, he will be in tears.

“Aiba Masaki” he called when he sat down on the ground. “How are you up there?” he asked looked up at the clear night sky.

“You know, I miss you called me Sho-chan.”

“And the last time I heard from you, you called me Sakurai-kun. Our last encounter was not good as I ended up yelling at you” Sho stopped as he feels his tear starts to fall on his cheek.

“Almost everyday I wish how I can make redemption for what I did. Somehow I feel I will get the second chance as deep inside my heart, my best friend instinct kept telling me, you are still here and very near to us only waiting to be found….and I wondered whether I should try trusting my instinct. If you listen to me God, please show me some hint as I really really hoping to meet my best friend, AIBA MASAKI…”


(SHIDA said: Hmm I hope I already covered up the regret part of Sho’s even though it is short. Somehow when I wrote in my computer in MS Word, each chapter do reach two pages but when I posted it here it look short. Gomen ne if somehow it is short up till now as I want to maintain each chapter for two pages only since it is my first fanfic. For the comin chapter, you will get the answer for the question (ur wondering question when u read chapter three). Thanks in advance for reading and waiting patiently for the updates. XDXD)

(Chapter Ten)

There is a phrase saying “ If you love someone from your heart, even when the person is gone, you will meet again as in be given second chance for redemption of what you are longing for and the second chance will come to you on its own way without you looking for it…”


Sho walked alone into the middle of city night. After their privately confession and their visit to Aiba’s family, Sho drive each of the member to their house and when he arrived home, he decided he need a walk.

“Tonight is sure beautiful” he thought as he looked around the city that full of lights and the trees that had been decorated with Christmas theme.

For three months, he had been using the road he is using now for a walk as somehow it calm him and make him rest a peace as for the reason of it is also an Aiba’s route of walk too. Before this, whenever Aiba feels sad, he will always come here and just walked around the street as Sho will also followed Aiba silently from behind just to make sure he is okay when he doesn’t want company or to talk.

For three months also, he kept thinking the same things over and over again. One is, the yell part towards Aiba and second, wishing for a second chance to make redemption.

He is still clueless with his gut instinct as till now he kept believing Aiba is alive and is near to him without him realising it. The feeling grew strong practically everyday and soon he started to believe in it. This is one of the reasons he is walking along the road at the moment.

Sho walked until he comes across the park. He went to Aiba and his usual spot and sit down.

He inhaled and exhaled deep but relaxing breathe. This place is sure will always be his forever favourite spot. Now he knows why Aiba would come here. From the place he sat, he can see half part of Tokyo city full of lights and also can see the Tokyo Tower. The breeze around the area is chilly but at the same time it feels nice. The park is also are out of hearing of the city craziness of work.

While he was deep in thought with his nature reflection, he didn’t notice that there is something is tugging his pants end desperately and whimpered.

Sho heard the whimpered sound and look down. He was surprised to see a figure covered with cream fur and have a long tails and big round eyes is tugging his pants as if asking for help.

“Hey there,” he said as he brushed the dog’s head “What can I do for you?”

(SHIDA said: Well from this chapter I rest my case to your imagination as I cant comment much..hehe.. But do give me opinion of what you guys think will happened..XDXD oh and I hope I do answered the question of why Sho had been using Aiba’s route after he lost Aiba..)

The fact that he doesn't want to accept Aiba's death is so sad..

I can imagine the same thing happen to me..

(Chapter Eleven)

Sho heard the whimpered sound and look down. He was surprised to see a figure covered with cream fur and have a long tails and big round eyes is tugging his pants as if asking for help.

“Hey there,” he said as he brushed the dog’s head “What can I do for you?”

The dog kept tugging his pant and it made Sho standing up.

“Do you need help?” Sho asked the dog and the dog replied by wigging his tail.

Then the dog starts to walk to the right and then looked at Sho as it asked Sho to follow.

Sho shrugged and then followed the dog. The dog really looks desperate as when it saw Sho already followed, it broke into a run and neither do Sho.

“Hey, where are you taking me?” Sho asked when he come the same level as the dog as the dog brings him near the end of the park and near a crosswalk.

The dog stopped. Sho stopped too. Then the dog walked toward a group of people in front the crosswalk.

Sho looked at the group. There are three persons in the group as one young man and a couple of old foreigner. Sho couldn’t see the face of the young man as he was facing the back of the guy but he can see the guys kept bowing to the old couple and then kept playing with his cap as he is in confusion.

When he saw Sho haven’t move from his spot, the dog returned to Sho and tugging his pants again.

Sho bent down and look at the dog.

“Is that cap guy is your master?” Sho asked

The dog wigged his tail as in yes.

“You want me to help him?”

Again the dog wigged his tail.

“Okay, let’s go”

The dog wigged his tail and walked along with Sho, who already made his way to the group.

(Chapter Twelfth)

“Around the world there will be 7 people who had the same image as us” and it would be a miracle if someone had the chance to meet the entire 7 person and at the same time it will be eerie.


Sho walked close to the group and as he is coming closer he heard what the conversation is about.

“Do you know how we can get to the Tokyo Tower?” the old lady asked in English.

“Ah Tokyo Tower?” The guys repeated the question.

The couple nodded.

“AH doshiou ne” The guy said in Japanese as he looked at the couple. “English??”

“Yes in English please” the old guy replied.

“Don’t worry, don’t worry” The guy replied.

Sho snorted at the guy reply. Somehow the guy English remind him of Aiba’s English. Suddenly Sho feel pang of sadness hit him as he gets closer.

“Ah how can I help this couple if I don’t even know how to reply” Sho heard the guy whispered to himself.

“Ano, can I help you?” Sho asked when he got closer to the guy as the guy jumped away, startled.

“Ah don’t scare me like that!” The guys yelped and looked at Sho.

From the point Sho was standing, he still cannot see the face of the guy as the guy face is cover by half by the cap.

Sho turned to the couple and starts to talk in English.

“Hello, I’m his friend” He said, pointed to the guy and then continued “Can I help you?”

“Oh yes, can you show us the direction to the Tokyo Tower?” the old man asked.

“Oh you can just walk straight from here and then turned left. From there, there will be a public transport to bring you to the destination.” Sho explained and he ignored the awe expression of the guy beside him.

“I see, I see” the old man said and then together he and his partner said thank you to both him and the guy.

“Tell your friend, he is nice even though he don’t know how to help, he still wants to help. He is sure a nice young man” The old lady said.

Sho smiled and nodded as the couple walked away.

Then he feels an arm wrapped around him.

“Waa hontou ni arigatou” The guy yelled happily as he gave Sho a hug.

Sho hugged back even he was in still in shocked by the guy closeness. Suddenly a sudden nostalgic feels come upon him as he feel the same warmth from the guy in front of him. He is sure this warmth belong to the person he knew so well as in someone that he will never forgets even in the coming life.

Then he gently pulled away from the guy and takes a good look at the face of the guy in front of him.

And for what he saw made his eyes teary…
