i actually got a few of my friends to watch their tv shows. (Mago Mago & Shukudaikun)

and they really liked it; they found Arashi quite entertaining/charitable/etc etc

lol... except my friends have absolutely no knowledge of the japanese language, so they have no choice but to read subtitles to enjoy it (which they find tedious after a while)... nor do they have the sufficiently patient ear for languages that AREN'T english, if you know what i mean.

i'm also hyping "Maou" to my friends who watch korean/japanese dramas. bwahaha.

i don't think they'll become Arashi fans just cuz of the shows i throw in their faces (i have a lot of offbeat interests than most of my college friends do), but i'm hoping that i can still try to appeal to their interests :P uh. so i can have more friends to share Arashi with. haha

For a song, I think I'd choose WISH and happen to mention that it's the theme song to Hana Yori Dango....

For a PV, if it's someone who is typically fangirly then Happiness because it's so cute and quirky and has OhMiya. For someone different, Sakura Sake is probably the best one. They're still weird in it, but it's not quite as goofy ^^

i just let them watch them their perf on move your body (the "dont stop music" step was the must-see for me haha! ) and my classmates says they were hot! (operation fangirls: sucess! )

i got my nephew hooked on arashi via step and go. it must be because of their dynamic dance steps and catching tune.

I've gotten my step-sister into Arashi, just by showing her pictures ^.^ She memorized all their faces and and names and said "Looking at them makes me want to know more about them!!" And she had a shocked face on!! Hopefully I can get her more into them

Recently I've been trying to get some friends to like Arshi as well, since they don't understand why I like them so much. So I've been showing them PV's (mostly Happiness) and sometimes episodes of AnS or Mago Mago Arashi. Sometimes it works and they understand it better now, just not always. But that's okay....

normally i would suggest HYD but i dnt think that counts so i would first let them watch love so sweet/wish, it is really catchy and happy.
as for songs i would definately recommend pikanchi double, tomadoinagara, aozora pedaru so many!!!
this is really hard to choose,
and if i could i would send them my whole entire arashi playlist HAHAHAHAHA.

Sakura Sake PV. because THAT got me hooked. Otherwise, I would show them the Time concert because I like it.

As for dramas, Yamada Taro Monogatari and Hanadan would be good.

I have to be honest.

I was one of those people who stayed away from Jpop like a plague just because I'm so into Jrock. Then I got Junbaited (yes yes I know!) and STILL stayed away from Arashi, opting to just watch videos with only Jun in them or looking at solo Jun pictures.

Then I got bored and was browsing youtube for Jun vidoes when I came across the live version of "Oh yeah!" in the Time concert DVD. I downloaded that one song because it's so good my head didn't want to let it go...then it started.

So okay, I just babbled but my point is..if I'm going to introduce someone to the wonderfulness of Arashi I'd have them listen to "Oh yeah!" I loved the intro and the lyrics and just --- I'm never going to stop loving that song XD

As for PVs, I'm going with Happiness...their personality shines in that PV

I've been succeed to introduce arashi to some of my friends with the song HAPPINESS and NIJI.

Recently, I've been obsessing to my friend about Arashi. She rides my bus home, so one day I was like... obsessed with Nino (though Sho is my ichiban) and I showed her Niji Live (from Final TIME) and she freaked. She though he was SO hot. So today, she told me she was going to go to youtube to look it up. Hehe

She's starting to get interested in them since I spazz about them everyday on the bus XD

I would have them listen to Tomadoi Nagara.... then go on from there...
Because it's how I came to know Arashi... ^^

It's the very first song that I listened to...

So yeah... I'll start with Tomadoi Nagara...

PV would probably be Truth... because I like it sooooooo much!

Well my method is to show the "Happiness" PV because it's SO Arashi. It's upbeat and it shows how silly/cute they are.

Then I show the 100th episode special where they drag that giant ass tuna ("It's a blue-fin dammit!" ~Nino) because who doesn't laugh at that?

Then I show bits of Sho's failure (HIS DRAWINGS AND ATHLETICISM!) and Ohno's cute faces

THEN I show them this certain 7 or 8 minute clip of Aiba speaking English. It is the ultimate bait.

After they watch that, it's hook, line, and sinker. I get them addicted.

If I need a little more assurance I show the PV for 言葉より大切なもの. Stand Up!

I have been trying to brain-wash my girlfriends by letting them watch truth PV and mago mago.

but ssoooo hard... even though i m winning *snickers* but anyhoo i don really like it when someone says 'tat eeww so gay etc etc.'
No knocking down my likes! I will introduce it to you but then you don like it then BBOOs u missed some real nice stuff...

but most people see the cool side of arashi and they more or less swoon...
