This drama is so good, so hilarious XD And what's even better is Sho in kimono ^^

Kisarazu Cat's Eye

synopsis
Twenty-one year old former high school baseball player, Kohei, learns that he is dying from cancer. He is told that he only has six months to live, and decides that he wants to do something daring and risky. He proposes to five trusted members from his former baseball club that they form a ring of cat burglars that would steal from those who commit crimes. His friends think it odd, but feel they cannot turn down a dying man's request. With only six months, how much could they do anyway?

is it a movie or a drama? because i only found the movie even if wikipedia says it's a drama w/ 9 episodes @.@....
where can i find tv episodes? (not on BT because it doesn't work on my computer...ç_ç...)

Me loves this dorama also *.* Sho is very cute in his kimono. And the kisarazu song which Sho sings together with Okada in one episode rocks XD *gg*
Now I hope I get my dvd of the movie fast and I'm really looking for the new movie which should be coming this year also in Japan.

In 2002, it was a drama series.

In 2004, it was a movie (Japan Series)

Later thi syear, it will be a sequel to the 1st movie (World Series)

It won best Drama series back in 2002. Junichi Okada also won best actor for this drama as well. ^^

there was a movie in 2004, didn't know that, same storyline and same people playing the characters? and now there is going to be a part 2, cool
the drama was good, not too long not too short, very funny and yet heart warming

Okay, I know some of you are not familiar w/ baseball... .ROFL. (*is an almost die-hard baseball fan here ^^*) "Nihon Series" is like the "World Series" in Japan, in which two of the best baseball teams in Japan square off to win the Nihon Series title. In the U.S., we call it "World Series" (where 2 of the best baseball teams in the U.S. square off to win the title).

I was able to get a glimpse of what KCE World Series is about when I received my FC brochure. It seems that the Kisarazu Cats baseball team will be facing an American baseball team--- so I'm guesing this will be the "World Series" that they're talking about! That's all I could pick up... I'll try to read more later. ^^

I think one of the reasons why KCE: World Series is shown this year to commemorate the first-ever World Baseball Classic Tournament back in March (kinda like World Cup in soccer, except it's in baseball) and Japan is the first baseball team to win the first-ever WBC Title.
